Geoff

Have you tried the Gyro on the brain Fraim and is the sound better because of less interference from the XPS2?

Anyhow, it all looks very classy and I'm sure that it sounds as good as it looks

I have my TT 15 miles away from he electronics, there is no interference but the cables expensive Big Grin

Mark Errr....how would I open the CDS3 to load a CD with a TT above it??

I had the Gyro on a different, older, crappier rack some way away previously and it did'nt sound anywhere near as a good as it does now so I guess it is'nt being badly affected by the proximity of the XPS2

Geoff, I know I'm daft, but I'm not that daft. WinkerI was suggesting to remove the CDS3 and just try the Gyro on the other Fraim on it's own.

Maybe things benefit from the stuff being off a "crappy" rack and onto the Fraim.

Hi,
FWIW I have my Lp12 above my 250-2 on my 'brawn' fraim. I have tried swapping this so its over the CDX2 on the 'brain' fraim - I am probably being dense here but there was no differance...in sound that is...of the LP12.

It did make the CDX2 sound a bit less clear, tho...

You could try the longer Fraim legs and have the CDS3 below the TT.

Has anyone tried this?

Does the CDS3 have to go on top?

Please don't bring up the "wall shelf syndrome" I did not pay for a Fraim layer so I could not use it. I am not going to be obssesive about my TT. The results I hear right now satisfy me
