Occasionally my spkrs make a static-like crackle` when left on. What is this?

Hi,
Its just RFI or a spike on the mains from something switching on or off, a fridge or heating etc its nothing to worry about unless its very loud or crackles for a long time which means that whatever is causing the noise has a bad contact and is about to cause you problems, so just think of it as a health check for your appliances.
