I was not a big fan of the original series but I watched some of the new series on Sci Fi last night. This is only after one show, but I think it's pretty good.

I think it's the best sci-fi TV ever!

I posted something similar a while ago and found few who agreed.

Ha! That's what I say....

It's thoughtful, well acted and directed, a great story and brilliant acting. TV at its best.

Agree. It's developing well. Nice gritty feel to it, and the blond Cylon is a babe!

I remember that original thread and I also remember not being too impressed with it either. That was after seeing the opening 2 episodes. Recently they have started showing the series and I've seen a couple of them and it seems to be improving. I'll watch the next couple anyway and see, but it's better than I thought last time.
