iTunes Europe

All,

Looks like iTunes Europe has launched - although I can't get the UK account sign-up to work. "Song" price is 79p (less than I thought it'd be!)

Phil

Scrub that. It works now.

Yes Matthew I understand it refers to all music that is now, but what of music in the future, this agreement is basically a license to print money. The music companies will churn out crap (er) and we will Have to pay for it, I can't think of anything more abborhant to the music lover.

I am reminded of a shit film with Syvester Stalone where all the music comes from old adverts.

Gary,
good point - that's exactly what has happened to TV in the US - $80 a month for 800+ channels of unwatchable garbage and you still have to pay per view for anything you might want to watch (eg $20 per Euro 2004 game).
