Ok so i tried the search engine again, and its crap.
Just had a listen to some stuff on the Amazon site and liked what I heard.

I picked up "The Boy With The Arab Strap" yesterday. I think I'll have to be in more of a Smiths mood before I can fully get behind it; it is growing on me though. "Seymour Stein" is a high point for me so far.
Thanks for the recommendation.

OK, here's where I'm at with Belle and Sebastian :
First impressions of DCW were that I pretty much hated it, so I returned it the next day, but not before sneaking it onto my iPod (just in case). Since then I have listened to it 20ish times, so I must like it quite a lot, except that at times it feels irritating close to me to a bunch of show-tunes from a big gay musical.
I guess my question is : does anyone out there understand what I'm getting at and if so can they recommend my next B&S album.
P.S. I bought the CD again, because I'm honest (and because I wanted to hear it on the big rig).

Nothing on offer locally so went to the public library. Tigermilk etc were all out on loan but got "Lazy line painter Jane", "3.. 6.. 9 seconds of light" and "Storytelling". Squirreling them to iPod as we speak. I'll let you know how I get on.
