hi there having got to a decent level with my gear cdx 72 180 hicap and intro 2 will a decent stand improve my gear ie isoblue

Yes any decent stand will make a vast improvement to your setup,as for which one thats up to you I'm afraid as it's your money and your ears.I use the isoblue system and find it provides a natural if slightly warm sound.As for every other type of stand they all have fans and detracters,find adealer and listen to em all first.

Pip,
A dedicated stand is a must. Most on this forum seem to opt for either Quadraspire,Isoblue,Hutter or Fraim. I went for the Fraim and consider it money well spent. I have a suspended floor and a good stand is a must. The improvement wasn,t immediate,it seemed to get better over a period of about 4 weeks. This I put down to the weight of the Fraim bedding in through the carpet. Try an audition the main contenders and make your choice.
