Steven Gerrard had pasta and fish for lunch. And he doesn't sleep well the night before a big match! Essential stuff indeed.

thank god for that, I was worried he might have had some baked beans on toast and been troubled by wind and thus not playing at his full potential tomorrow. I can rest easy with the knowledge that he had pasta and fish instead.
