Strictly Come Dancing

Wot is this great nation of ours coming to?

I have been rather enjoying that (slightly) mature bit of thinking man's crumpet Cherie Lunghi on a regular basis for the last couple of months or so. And now she's been voted off, leaving John Sargeant to simper in front of us for another week. A joke's a joke but when it comes to spoiling my weekly bit of mild titilation in favour of a dead ringer for Jo Brand's nightmare brother, I for one stand disgusted. Thank fk Rachel didn't leave last week or I'd have little left to mildly lust after. Hey, ten years married, I take it where I can get it...I'm going to email my MP. With pictures.

So, more a case of "strictly come" rather than any "dancing"?

Cheers

This show makes me cry too Tony - I thought I was the only one.

Jamie, right on brother. And Cherie was looking particularly fine that night, though not dancing her best I thought. Lisa Snowdon's too girley and Jodie Kidd's too ... plain. Rachel's just a kitten so it's Christine Blakely all the way to the final!!

Boom.Tish! I like Kate Winslett in Titanic described as "...the sinking man's crumpet" gag. Wish I'd thought of that.
