DRM - I want it!

Not for music tho'.

I have a load of data and forms that I need to share with some collaborators for the duration of a project. However, I do not want to allow them to have access to these materials after the project is completed. The forms are in Word (with a bunch of other files created by the add-in that makes the forms scannable), and the data is in Excel. Is there any way I can make the files expire after a certain date?

What about copyright and the use of non-disclousre type agreements to cover how your data is to be used? this will I think offer some sort of protection to both machine readable and printed data owned by youself.

You could I think add some public key encrypton (PGP) and simply change the key when you wish to revoke access but the big problem I can see is that someone may employ a form of image capture software and just suck the images off the screen but then you will be covered by the copyright, non-disclousre and usage clauses in you agreement.

Sorry I can't be of more help.
