They have great videos too (very amusing sado maso stuff). If you get VH1 they used to play the video alot.

Sort of stuff that you would expect from the 'dead trousers'

Literally, the name means "The Dead Trousers", however, "tote Hose" (singular or uncountable) is a widespread idiom in German used to describe events such as a party or a club night as 'boring', 'not much happening there'.

Can't say I particularly like their music ...

Good explanation. Would like to expand it in that way that you can call a very boring guy a "tote hose" or however "dead trouser". A guy who never complied tasks (f***ing stupid). big grin

They did a great album covering songs by many of the great punk bands of the 70s and 80s (The Damned, 999, Exploited etc) with the respective bands involved on each track, showing their popularity amongst the british punk fraternity.

Anyone remember what that album was called? I'd love to get a copy.

That's the one!!

Thanks, I can look out for it now. I got a few of the groups involved wrong but its non the less a good proportion of the famous English Punk bands.

I remember the Ronnie Biggs bits now too. Class.
