Massive Attack - Splitting The Atom - 5th October

Splitting The Atom, a four track EP is out next month, featuring vocals from Elbow's Guy Garvey, Martina Topley-Bird, and Tunde from TV On The Radio.
Their fifth proper album is set to follow early next year - adding to the star guest list... Damon Albarn and Mazzy Star's Hope Sandoval. Unfortunately for Naim, vocals recorded for the album by Phantom Limb's Yolanda Quartey, who's previously sang live with Massive Attack, apparently haven't made the final cut. (I still haven't heard Phantom Limb).

Grant Marshall is back on board this time, so hopefully a return to form for my one-time favourite band?

PS, played my vinyl copy of Phantom Limb last night, fantastic! Wondering if a little attention could be paid to making the run out grooves quieter.

Sorry, got a new cartridge that I'm still be over protective of, so the "thunk, thunk" has me running to the TT instead of chilling.And I've spotted the non-answer on BBQ dates....
