Download
SpeedFan. Install it and run it. It will report the temperature information from the BIOS.
Or you could just go into the BIOS and check under "system health" (most probably) where you will find the CPU temp and internal temp.
But the temp changes under load and at least with an application like SpeedFan you can see how hot it runs under load.
It will also report from the S.M.A.R.T. utility about the health of your hard drive.
