NNP IR

I noticed in the documentation that the NNP(s) have IR receivers in the front and a IR port in the back.

Does anybody know how your able to make use of this IR port and what control device to use?

Only the NNP01 has an IR receiver built-in–there is no Naim logo (in which the IR receiver resides) on the NNP02, therefore an external IR receiver is required (fed into the rear "remote in" socket).

thanks for the confirmation on what device has what configuration. I have the NNP01 so assumed the NNP02 has the same.

Do you know what remote control I need to use to access the IR receiver on the NNP01 to control volume / mute etc? (just the basics)
