accessing Tiscali using Wireless

I normally access Tiscali using broadband modem, but when i am travelling i often want to send mail using wireless presence at airports.has anyone successfully used tiscali with such public wireless nets, if so, please let me know your settings. i am not getting any joy from tiscali whose support asked me to check my modem settings!!!??
