Bjork's Royal Opera House concert is to be broadcast on the new digital and cable channel BBC4.
The concert, filmed at the Covent Garden venue in Christmas 2001, will be broadcast on March 12.

Actually, BB4 looks pretty good from it's initial schedule. I hope it keeps it up.

What happened to BBC3?

Apparently the Minister thought that the proposed programming for BBC3 (Yoof) didn't add anything new to what the commercial networks already provide, and asked the BBC to go away and think about it, hence BBC4 making it first.
BBC4 does look promising doesn't it. Mrs Q and I were glued to the Georgiou programme the other night.

We're only 50 miles south of London and can't get digital nor are we likely to for the foreseeable future. Sky is not an option because the presence of trees means we can't 'see' the satellite.
Ah well, at least it means I'm rarely disrupted from listening to music.
