Thanks for the tip, Geoff. The 'Classic Albums' doc on 'The Doors' was genuinely interesting: short of finding Jim Morrison hiding in the Arizona desert, they got all the people involved in making the record to participate.

"tonight" is saturday. Match of the Day.

I really enjoyed the Transatlantic folk programme, it was top class. The Doors prog that followed was also IMO fascinating.

The Classic album series is top notch imho.

Did anyone else catch the comment that The Doors spent a year and a half just writing songs?
