Newtonia?

Is anyone familiar with products from this maker? They offered two integrated amps and a cd player, a couple of years ago. I fear the company may have folded, or perhaps they just don't maintain a web presence.

The previous owner compared it favorably to the Nait 5. I'll see how it fares against my Nait 3, and report back if there's anything interesting to report.
