Are you on a retainer from The National Diccus?

Posted on: 30 June 2008 by Diccus62
What gave you that idea. Just wait till I get back from the gig on Wednesday i'll be happier than JetJohnson at a Bay City Rollers reunion gig.
Any views expressed by Diccus are not for profit and the result of an obsessive/compulsive disorder attached specifically to The national. There is no treatment. Beware.
Did I mention that
The national...............................

Ha!!!! Ha!!!! You are never going to believe this but I once yep once played drums for a couple of numbers for the Bay City Rollers during a small town gig before they were famous. Bet you Jet will be jealous now.

I love the Black Cab Sessions! Such a simple idea but pure genius. I first came across them through the Emmy The Great one who is one of my favourite singer/songwriters at the moment. I think she just has a very clever way with words and one of those perfectly imperfect sort of voices (like Dylan, Bowie, Neil Young etc etc).

Yes you will! Mind you I have to confess a lot of people who I have said that to seem to be very bemused by my adulation of her! And yes, in return, I must start listening to The National!
so much music, so little time!
