How bigs the bead ?

Guys - i find when resealing my SBLs that rather than using the nozzle (the thing that requires cutting) - i remove it and apply the sealant directly pressing the clear nozzle, i guess the bead maybe smaller, but surely this is better - bigger bead = more overun when pressing down frown roll eyes eek

Chill man.

All you require is to fill a gap of around 2 mm. Thats about a one penny piece depth. So yes a small bead is fine.

For those of us not struck to badly, normal B&Q style silicon does just the same job but dosn't have a fancy 'naim' nossle.

Yep - a good smearing was applied, came off intact.
