System Problem - Need Help!

I am having difficulty resolving a system problem. My system is a CDS1/P9/52/Super/135's/SBLs and I believe it is an AC problem but am not sure. Initially I was having problems with my CDS1 and P9 being connected to my 52 at the same time. There was a very slight electronic glare over the signal that gave a high fi effect but it is actually distortion. My system improved when I disconnected my CDS1 from my 52 and plugged it into a seperate socket. My assumption at this point was I had a ground loop. The problem slowly came back and my local dealer suggested cleaning all of my connection points. I did this about 2 months ago and my system sounded wonderful and performed consistently until now. With my new Dynavector XX2 on my P9 my system is really getting pushed with the dynamics and this problem shows itself again. I power down and unplug my CDS1 and power up and my system is singing then slowly over 1-2 hours it creaps back in. I think it's the powering down that is helping and not the unplugging of the CDS1.
The difference is very sutle but it has a major impact on the presentation of the music. The glare emphasises instruments like saxaphones and trumpets but throws them slightly out of balance with the overall performance. It's interesting because it actually creates a high fi effect which slightly kills the musicallity but brings out a soundstaging effect.
I think this is an AC issue but I have my system on a 20amp dedicated line?? I know the TT source improves with a dedicated hicap or supercap so does this mean 52 is actually very unstable from a power perspective? or is the Supercap not so "Super"? My dealer stated it shouldn't be the equipment (it either works or it doesn't). I know many people complain about AC problems with Naim equipment but would going up to a 40amp line help? Any ideas on how I can isolate and resolve this issue?
Thanks
John
