I sold my AV-2 as the face of AV was set to change. I am still note sure what I have sounds better, but it certainly handles video better! In any event, with advent of the HDX, NetStream, Naimnet deal, any word on some 21 century love in the A/V department?
I hear HDMI is expensive for manufacturers and the latest gen boards are scarce. That may not matter, but when you see other manufacturers like Bryston getting on board, you have to wonder?

Sorry, your right. Guess the question is, now that the audio is at 21 century levels, when will the AV processing get there? Any chance we get an Av-2 - Netstream edition? I sort of miss the simplicity of the Av-2. Tired of all the buttons and other crap.
