M A Studio 50's And Mana

My Monitor Audio Studio 50's were wobbly even with the spikes leveled. (41" h 7" w and 12" deep) Sounded great, didn't want them to fall on my son. So I bought some Mana Soundbases for SBLs. Measured and drilled 8mm holes in the base. Removed the 8mm spikes from the speakers and mounted them directly to the bases with 1 1/4 8mm bolts and washers. Leveled and listened. It's been about 2 weeks and I must say everything is better. The highs are beautiful and the bass is tighter. Much improvement. Mana works for me. CDX, 82,HI,250 Plus now they are much more stable.
