Ninja LP12

I have just followed Basil's reference to a thread on the ZeroGain forum where amongst others Mick Parry mentions the Ninja mod to the LP12.

Has anyone come accross this? How does it compare to a topflight LP12 or other topflight deck?

I am intrigued - could the JW of Mana fame be persuaded to do more mods???

I don't know how the Ninja mod. compares with a straight LP12 but I doubt you'll ever get Mana to make another.

A comparison of the Ninja vs. top spec Linn standard LP12 needs to have been done within the last 12 months or so, or the benefit of the Lingo 2 and Akiva will not have been be heard, let alone the RF free Prefix. The first two are big big improvements; I cannot speak for the Prefix but have heard nothing but good things about it.
