Latest AV Firmware Versions?

Hi,

Does anyone know the latest firmware versions for the DVD5 and AV2? Also, what is the procedure for update: a visit to a PC-equipped dealer, or can the update be user-installed?

Adam/Moderators: perhaps the firmware versions (and update process) could be in a sticky on the forum, updated in line with the firmware?

DVD5 upgrade can be DIY. It is 2 disks set, you play them following the instructions. Latest software is DVc01-01 for the control and 2.6.6.112 for the decoder.

The AV2 update is more tricky. You need to visit a PC equiped dealer. Latest software is AVc01-06.

Call your dealer. He should be able to provide the DVD update. For the AV2, ask him the same question you have posted, if he doesn`t know the answer, ask an other one.
