Don't open a mail if was sent by me !

One of my e-mail boxes sends viruses to many computers, include members in forums I'm writing in.
For the next day or two, don't open any e-mail if was sent by me - or has the "walla" name.

I don't understand exactly what happened, the virus is an Internet virus, has no connection to my computer but to one of my mail boxes in the internet.

I use it, and it tells you when someone is trying to break in to your computer, and who's doing it!

I Fully agree with Steve about installing ZONEALARM.-Very good utility !

After this is installed,go to the following site by Steve Gibson and follow the "SHEILDS UP" link,this will lead you to...

"TEST MY SHEILDS" and "PROBE MY PORTS" (ooer !!!)

It effectivly attempts to break into your pc (in a controlled manor) to see how visible you are from other pc's on the internet,and then gives you a report.
