A mixed up kid, and in some ways a predictable early end. Very sad.

Watchin' CNN right now. Still not confirmed though!

It's confirmed--sadly, he's dead.
Posted on: 25 June 2009 by JWM
Sad, of course.

But unfortunately it's also going to unleash a whole load of guff... Brace yourself.

(Just count how many days it'll be before the death of Michael Jackson roadshow eclipses the struggle for freedom and democracy in Iran in our news media...)

I'm in a hotel down in Singapore, stuck with CNN as the only news channel (Arrrrh)......To say they are going into overdrive would be an understatement.... Eek Winker

Returning to CNN I can only "confirm" the overdive effect. They're in 7th gear at the moment trying to make an image of the importance of MJ in pop music. Even trying to get more inside info of the coroner of the death of MJ.

RIP MJ

what will happen to all the tickets sold?
Posted on: 25 June 2009 by Jim Lawson
Yes, he was nuts. Yes, he was one of the weirdest guys to grace the face of the earth in a looooong time. Yes, he was probably a pedophile and probably had one of the most screwed up childhoods ever. BUT he was also immensely talented. You can’t deny him that.
Posted on: 25 June 2009 by tonym
He's been off-colour for quite a while.
Posted on: 26 June 2009 by BigH47
50 years old and been in the music business for 45 years, enough to screw anybody up I reckon.
Posted on: 26 June 2009 by Simon Matthews
Damaged goods for sure but if you don't want to dance when listening to off the wall then you are probably more dead than Jackson.

Thanks for the best of your music!
Posted on: 26 June 2009 by Reginald Halliday
Well anyway, the coroner is speculating Whacko Jacko's cause of death could be due to

(a) Sunshine
(b) Moonlight
(c) Good times
(d) Boogie

There is no denying the fact that Michael Jackson was one of the greatest performers this world has ever seen and his performances/music will be regarded and missed by everyone!!
Strange but true Eek
RIP - Michael Jackson

Lets hope he is remembered for his music .

Ahmadinejad must be breathing a sigh of relief, the heat is off.....

Unless CNN remember all things Iran, wheel on a studio guest and begin speculation that Prsident Ahmadinejad and his cronies were actually behind Jacko's death.... Roll Eyes Big Grin

RIP - Michael, thanks for the music, the dance and for inspiring others to create music.

Shame on some of you guys for the cheap-shot 'humour' - respect IS due...
