Michael,
Yes, Shooting Rubberbands is a great album, all the tracks are good.
I love her phrasing on the line ' Religion.... is a smile on a dog'
Whatever has happened to her? - another couple of albums after that, and gone!
DS
OTD - Apeggiators - Freedom of Expression

Hope is more than a bit good. It's been trading blows with Atmosphere's Seven's Travels for dominance of my deck since I got it.

Let it be - Naked - Beatles (CD) (I hate the original version; Phil Spector should be gassed and tortured)
37 LPs from FOPP/MVE Notting Hill - too many to mention but include the latest Holly Golightly (as an on-spec gamble based on that White Stripes track), Orbital's Work, Pink Floyd's Relics, and Joy Division's Still (this was only £2 in good nick - they had one upstairs for £27 that didn't look much better!)... I love second hand vinyl!

Alex,
err. well I checked the single in the shop, and that was a good slice of quasi electroclash (another genre - I missed this off) but I haven't done the album promo yet.
I will report back soon on this.
