A gem of an album! George Malcolm demonstrates a masterful keyboard performance, directed by Iona Brown, which is a name i've heard somewhere before... from a Naim Audio label cd i think ?

I keep meaning to buy his discs Oliver. A truly unique artist.

Not out till the 24th. Excellent retro feel about this disc. Acknowledging all her music influences.

Borrowed from a friend to which I have to return it to. Think I will buying a copy.

Reminds me a little of early Tracy Chapman. Voice not the same but the same feel.

I have his first album. It never really did anything for me.

Now another band that do nothing for me. Thought I would try again. They obviously have a talent but I cannot find any emotion.

Alexi Murdoch- Four Songs EP. Possibly what Nick Drake would have sounded like if he would have still been with us.

I think this is a really good album mainly because I have heard it a lot being played by my 9 year old son who knows every word off by heart. It will always remind me of a ten hour drive to Melbourne from Sydney where this was the soundtrack for most of the journey. The live DVD is a bit of fun as well.

Just blasted this album whilst driving the country lanes. A rocker with one acoustic track. Not a classic but not bad either. Really liked the last two tracks and will certainly be getting a few listens in the weeks ahead.

Played this earlier but need to concentrate on it properly when I play it later

Sept Paroles Du Christ from fidelioaudio

Because it is simply superb. Heard it in the Absolute Sounds room at Heathrow last weekend. Tracked it down online, ordered it last week from Canada, arrived today.

Because it's one of those disks that reminds me why my gramophone is worth my hard earned thousands and my TV a few bob...
