Barroco Andino Bach is the group's second album, was recorded in 1975 in Long Play by the label London Records with the catalog number-38680 SLLC.

The Hispanic translation is a bit tricky, but the music is very beautiful, such a bargain record at 30p, and in lovely mint condition too, but now in a good home with nice LP12 to play on : )

Well thoroughly enjoyed the William Fitzsimmons disc last night but as I took the disc out of my machine the transport spindle that the disc sits on crumbled into pieces. Second time in six months. Not impressive - cheap plastic is not strong enough. Another trip required to the dealer to get the machine back to Salisbury.

Anyway, now playing on backup, this new disc that just arrived with the great Kenny Werner.

555 - I don't have much luck with it. The discs sit tightly on the spindle - it seems too tightly, as the plastic spindle eventually gives in as happened last night and this is the second time. So 555 out of action and 5X now doing a very nice job in its place.

Thanks Stu - far from the end of the world - just another job to sort. The 5X does a superb job and is no slouch.

Anyway now, some Sonny Clark - Blue Note Works TOCJ 1588
