One of my favourite ECMs in recent years - a lovely album, especially if you like the sound of the viola.

One of my treasured LP's, features one of my fav songs Angel sung by Paddie McHugh here. Now thats what I call singing. Neil Hubbard (an interview) and Mel Collins were also in the band.

What a great and relaxed album:

Keith Jarrett Trio - The Out of Towners

Just listen to the drum "solo" in "I live you" - which cannot be more minimalistic, and says it all, at the same time.

Morton Feldman: Piano & String Quartet

Perfect music for watching the grass grow,Stefan, three levels below relaxation.

Inspired by Haim:

(extraordinary on that disc: The two short versions of "Only". Spine shivers !)

Steve I have missed Victor so direct comparison is impossible.
It's not un-surprisingly Rush like in places, he does some different arrangements and rhythms. I quite like it ,but I only paid a couple of ponds for it, I don't think I'd recommend spending a lot on it. I don't think a general Rush fan would be offended by it.
It's bit difficult to "hide" his voice, so he will always be a bit Rush like.
