'Collected'

Replacement copy arrived from Diverse Vinyl this morning, and I'm making good use of everyone else being out shopping.

Any good?

I have only had this a few months, having been prompted by forum recommendation. Have always like the sound of this mans voice. Now able to enjoy at will!

They're still not back. Smile So more vinyl. SmileSmile

RHCP was great for doing the final micro-tweaking of speaker position since getting the 250 serviced, and I'm particularly enjoying Renaissance - long time no hear - a real treat and the best I have ever heard it.

Joe Henry "Blood From Stars"

if this is available on Spotify, please try it. JH is an exceptional artist and very under appreciated IMHO

Adrian
It is not "easy" listening, JH is a tremendous producer, also, and little surprises are frequent. Marc Ribot on guitar. JH's music "evolves" so there is a certain flow over his last several efforts. Let me know what you think.

regards,
Jeff A

ps. please post a pic after the Motive 2s are set-up, I love that small room you have. Enjoy your new speakers !

Take 2 didn't manage to listen previously:-

For some reason I thought this was another ECM jazz release, so didn't bother.
Quite a pleasant album, not sure I could listen to it too much, maybe a grower.
