Munch - I really appreciated you sorting out my posting the other night (Counting Crows) and now finding another soul with the History of Rock - I am not worthy.....

Ah memories, the Sound Organisation in London, having travelled from B'Ham on the coach to an exclusive day with John Farlowe of Exposure demoeing his wares with this album on acetate....the Isobariks vibrated off the stands (had to be held!!)....I remember John Atkinson being present (younger readers - ex Editor of HiFi News and Record Review, now Stereophile (infinitely better value than HiFi+/Absolute Sounds as it has become, one subscription that won't be renewed).....
I digress ........

It's on the 'black stuff'

Listening on the'right stuff'.....bought cheap at a fair......side 2 very ropey......probably can't risk playing again....

However, the rest still so much better that bon CD (OK the vinyl F/E is)

I saw them live a few years ago at MK Stables - Ah Bliss......

More work to do in a a very relaxed mood Smile

Stu - I took my sister to see Family! (She still doesn't appreciate them!)

The Kick Inside is one of the first records I ever remember hearing - I have a copy somewhere I'll have to dig out.

Twenty years old in a few weeks...

I feel ancient now!
