Dave Brubeck: Red Hot and Cool.
'55 Release. The original Columbia 6 eyes. Mono.

I do not care much for Brubeck's music but this one caught my eyes for the great cover shot and her striking red gown. ( turned out photo credit is: Richard Avedon )

P.s. Further reading of the liner notes, the cover shot was used for the Helene Rubintein's new shade of lipstick ( Jazz: Red, Hot and Cool ) for a Columbia-Rubinstein promotion and the record was given when the lip stick was purchase. How cool is that!
