First track sounds oddly dull, but, seing as it's Bollani, I persevere...

The new remixed/remastered version from the Live Box Set. Sounds very good although a long time since I have played this album and not compared to original.

Leave them in the box and cover it with cling film.
Just play the original cds.
And just get your hands on the original vinyl copies.
My mate in Holland gets some mint copies every week or two.

Stu - they sound good so will keep playing. Need to do more listening to them but so far happy with this box. I have all the original vinyl (at least two copies of each), the newly remastered vinyl, the original cd's, the 1994 definitive edition remaster cd's and the japanese black triangles as well where they were made. Guess I must like Genesis. Big Grin

Fantastic record my friend. I still rate 'Verdi Cries' as a superb piece of writing. It taps into the universal fear that we all may die alone and that no one will notice.

You got the point Gordon.
But if they can't remember my face they will remember the noise for sure.

I make no apologies for wallowing in an evening of classic albums which I treasure.

But I do have an ever growing pile of new music that I am dying to premiere...
