Agreed. I enjoy this album very much, it never fails to improve my mood. And I enjoy the sound they have created on the disc, low-fi-ish, yet very, very "real".

They are opening for Decemberists on some summer dates.

ps. I believe it was your original post that made me investigate further (the WHY part for me, personally) and I was shocked to find they were from Portland - then it was a must-get Winker

My dealer swore me to secrecy if he let me take this album yesterday so no pics but I will give two clues to the artist.

Two words, first word, the color on the electromagnetic spectrum between about 420 and 450 nm in wavelength.

second word, plural of the word that first appeared during the Middle Ages between 1250 and 1300 CE and comes from the Anglo-Saxon word gerle.
