Melissa Manchester: Melissa
'75 Release. '80 MOFI reissue.
This is a fine example of how some old Mofi issues are screwed up.

A great recording, didn't know HARMONIA MUNDI issued it as well, I got the XRCD a while back.

Oliver,

I started with the LP which was distributed by a company from Evanston Illinois two or three centuries before the xrcd showed up.

This another great disc by Gregorio Paniagua:

I love him. And it's nice to see someone else trying to inject some French music into this place Smile

I've no records in any of top 10s, 25s, 50s, 1,000,000s mentioned on this forum, but I do have this to listen to - am I the only one who thinks it is a great elpee?

This must certainly be not true, ROTF...

I couldn't say as I don't have it, but from the small extracts I've just listened to, this sounds indeed good. It's country, but not too much. I especially like Two Seconds and Do You Ever Think Of Me.

For a reason it makes me think of Manassas. Maybe because the songs are of various styles, or just the color of the cover...

Anyway, on the list, thanks.

PS: Did you catch this?
