Well, this one (Going for the One) has always been a favourite of mine, followed by Fragile, Relayer, Close to the Edge and The Yes Album. I was also well into 90125 when it came out although it is now a little dated but still quite enjoyable.

Just had a look at the track listing on this and I would say it is the best I have seen of its' kind (i.e. '80's). I listened to a lot of this stuff back in the day so I have just about everything on there that I would want (there are a few that don't appeal), but as a compilation it's spot on. I guess I have moved on from a lot of it but it's still nice to re-visit once in a while.

Thanks Adrian - I guess this is where Spotify will come in handy when I get home. Cheers.

I continue to be baffled by the enormous success of people who just play other people's records. I wouldn't buy this on principle, regardless of the content.

Have n't played this on vinyl for at least 23 years.

Antoine de Lhoyer (1768-1852):

Concerto pour guitar et cords opus 16
Trois duos concertants op 31

"Guitarist, composer, Garde de la Manche du Roi, Chevalier of the order of St. Jean de Jerusalem, King's Lieutenant... This list of titles reflects the tempestuous life of Antoine de Lhoyer, born during the reign of Louis XV and died under the regime of Napoleon III."

To this day 'Going For The One' is still my favorite Yes album.

One of only two albums (out of about 500) released on vinyl by ECM in the last 15 years or so. On 33RPM - this is a very high quality pressing.
