Oliver

Just realized you were listening to LV as well.

Any chance you will get to see her on her UK tour in the New Year ?

The new disc, July Flame, continues to impress with repeated listenings.

Happy Holidays to you and your family.

Oliver - she is playing Brighton 26 Jan. The shop we are visiting tomorrow sells the tickets. Might be a good idea to see....

Thanks for the idea Jeff.

Thanks to both of you and Happy Holidays!

Unfortunately I will do my US/Canada/Mexico business trip from the 20th onwards. I have to still firm up the dates and then see if I find some events in NY or Toronto around that time.

I haven't been to a show in Brighton since I got back to the UK, we'll have to fix that.

Hi Adrian,

If you do go I certainly hope you enjoy it. She has all the talent in the world, but is very low key. Even though pregnant, at the show a few weeks ago she was on-stage afterwards, on hands and knees, winding-up cords and tearing down her own equipment. And, afterwards, helping host her own merchandise table. She is quite approachable. No pretense with her at all.

Just an honest talent doing what she loves to do.

Happy Holidays to you and the family, Adrian.

Just had a listen to 'The Wall'. This West German Blackface CD is still easily available on e-bay and IMHO has the best mastering on CD. A real treat.
