Mark - how is your ECM day going?
Very well thanks! It is going to take a while to get through this lot, but no complaints. I particularly like the Nils Petter Molvaer albums. I hope they translate as well when I see him live next year. I think tomorrow will be a Garbarek/Jarrett day.

Mark - this is his new album. Does not seem to have a UK release so I got it when we were in Paris. You can get it from jpc - well worth it and will probably be the music he plays on his tour.

The Cliff Richard show with the Shadows - Live at the ABC Kingston 1962.
These performances were taped for a projected live album on 7th March 1962, at the ABC Kinston in Surrey, during Cliff's 23date tour in the spring of that year.
Although mixed and cut to lacquers the album was never issued.
The tracks have now been digitally restored and form a unique document of that era.
EMI CD SPECIAL VERSION 2002.

Can there be something like a Kraftwerk overload?

I'm tempted by this. Is it worth it? I do have 5 of their albums already though.

The only other one I have is NP3. So long since I have listened I really could not comment. I think it is on Spotify.

I think it is. I am very pleased with the boxset purchase. I bought a lot of the vinyl as well.
A lot of different views out there. Mojo loved it, Uncut did not. Telegraph said yes

Here is an interesting review.

It is nicely packaged but was bloody difficult to get the CD's out of their sleeves, as the inner sleeve was well jammed inside the outer sleeves. Anyway, I have now got them out and turned the inner sleeves 90 degrees and all is good. Really enjoying it and the kids loved the start of Autobahn when we went out driving earlier - it did sound very good. I vote yes.
