I grew up listening to this, always on in our house. It obviously had an effect - I love this so much. Just chilling after a mad day yesterday, all sat together and enjoying some tunes.

I'll join in but I don't have the remasters, this is a Japanese first pressing.

Alberto Ginastera, Eduardo Delgado (New York Steinway & Sons Model D)

As a new convert to MA Recordings, I couldn't be happier! A superb recording. When I close my eyes I actually feel like I'm at the piano.

Ginastera is new to me and their are a few selections on this album that have immediately connected with me and I can't put them down until I find the music and learn them myself. One example is Danza de la moza donosa from Danzas Argentinas Op. 2 (1937). With its lilting rhythm in the background and spacious, sparse melancholy it is just perfect. I can listen to it over and over. It must be in d minor!

The same thing happens to me regularly with particular pieces. For example, when it comes to Albeniz', Iberia I tend to listen to El Albaicin about 100 times over and over to every one time I listen to the whole set. The feeling in that piece and the climax makes it a very important piece of music to me as well.

Now this from a pure genius. I don't know what it is but when I listen to Stevie I just feel so privileged. God given talent like no other, there is no equal to this man.

Hopefully, Martin Zeller will record in 2010 the remainder three cello suites.
