Today's arrival - which I waited for with great anticipation.

Slightly disappointed, now. The Gran Partita is another example of a musical piece I listen to quite often, and in some variants, played by different ensembles. Still, the Neville Mariner recording (from the eighties), remains my favourite.

Maybe it needs a couple of re-listens...
