Garden shed, Conservatory

we have 2 projects that we need to undertake at out house. we need to renovate our conservatory (probably rebuild) as major parts of the wood structure is suffering from wet rot. has anyone dealt with a good company that will undertake this kind of work.
less important, we need to build a garden shed/summer house in teh back garden. again, anyone know a good company who do this kind of thing? we had one built some years ago by a local company, and they didnt do a good job at all.
