Twisted video

Posted by: Willy on 17 October 2010

My daughter abseiled down the Europa hotel yesterday, raising £200 for charity. I captured the whole thing on video using a panasonic superzoom camera in video mode. It's a bit jerky, using full zoom most of the time, and I suspect some memory caching issues. However the biggest problem is that I used the camera rotated through 90 degrees, better to frame a tall building. So the question is is there an easy way to rotate a couple of minutes of video through 90 degrees?

Go back and ask her to do it again. This time hold the camera the right way up.

Sorry, couldn't resist.

Yeah, but how do you abseil sideways along a building?
