Active Kaber using 150s, vs a single 200?

I'm presently using a Nait 5/hicap with my Kabers. I know it's underpowered, but frankly I don't play it that loud anyway and always seem to have sufficient headroom.
Going forward, I've heard a 200, which sounded pretty damn special to me.
Option B, would be to find some 150s and go active. I've dem'd the 150 against the 200, and will happily accept that the 200 easily outperforms the 150 in a direct comparison.
But what about going active, say using three 150s powering my kabers. I get the impression that going active brings some serious benefits.
Any thoughts?
