102/140 or 112/150?

Good news: I have an opportunity to upgrade from my current Nait 3 (the boss is being nice to me!)
Bad news: I'm all mixed up.
A friend of mine is ready to sell me his 24-month old 102 / 140 combiantion at a very competitive price - something in the neighbouhood of £1,400. (Naim products are substantially more expensive here in Canada).
Now the question: should I wait a little longer and settle for a brand-new 112/150 system instead?
Anyone can help me with this?
PS Rest of system is CD 3.5 with Flatcap and Frence Pierre-Etienne Léon M3 loudspeakers.
