I thought I had known Love, until I found myself a father. I feel overwhelmed most of the time.
Funny how my wife was in love with her immediately, but I took my time to fall in love with her. Difference of the sexes I guess! And now I have one of each (Lenny started walking last week - and he goes directly to the Hi-Cap for some reason).
Congratulations (it's an inadequate word), and may the world be a hazy memory outside your perfect little bubble.

Well I'm late again having just read the news (it all happened when I was exhibiting abroad).

doug, congratulations to you and emma.

just dont expect too much at this stage. new babies need to be fully warmed-up/run-in before they give their best. this process can easily take a few years.

enjoy it all anyway. time passes very quickly.
