new 32 vs old 32/5 and 72 boards

I currently have a 32.5 w/ 72 boards in it. The 32.5 has never been serviced, but sounds great. I now how the opportunity to get a 32 that is very recently serviced. Since a service is at least $100, and if I sell the 32.5 I would most likely get more than the 32 costs. This is more money for me to put towards a Hi-Cap. Is this a good idea? Bad idea? Will the 72 boards fit inside the 32?
