Regeneration vs Filtration

I have currently got my system connected on a dedicated ring main with an RA Super Purifier on the same loop.
There is a constant hum/buzz on the XPS which I am led to beleive is a consequence of dirty mains supply. Unfortunately, in this country, there is not alot I can do to improve the situation. As a consequence, I am wondering about the various merits of mains supply improvements.

The very friendly people at Iso Tek have suggested their Substations supply, but I wonder if a regeneration system may be best.

Any ideas?

my query is really aimed at the various benefits of regeneration of mains supply versus the benefits of filtration.
I understand that the XPS is subject to hum with or without clean mains. But the level of noise from my unit is nothing short of astonishing. The local agent says it is all down to dirty mains which is common in Abu Dhabi!
