Re your joke on the other thread about Scotsmen and the cold, there's a fair bit of truth in that.
I spent Christmas day with a Scotsman who was having his first winter out of Glasgow, here for two weeks for a er, romantic interlude.
The poor bugger was suffering badly, he just couldn't handle the heat at all. Ended up spending his last four days here in a hotel room with the aircon on full blast, desperate to get back to the snow & ice.
