SF Signum users: How far to Sit from the speakers?

A new rug alows me some more flexability in placement. What is the optimal distance between the speakers and the listener (they are about 6.6 feet apart)? How far from the wall behind them (measured from the speaker's rear port? Effective room width is about 11 feet.
